HR Recruiter & Administrative professional | Strong in People Operations, Hirings & Office Coordination Key Responsibilities :
Analyze business and technical requirements to design test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
Execute manual and automated tests to ensure software meets functional and performance criteria.
Identify, log, and track bugs or defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
Work closely with the development team to reproduce and isolate bugs.
Perform regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
Document test results and prepare quality reports for the team.
Support the implementation of automated testing tools and frameworks (optional based on experience).
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
1–2 years of hands‑on experience in manual and automation testing.
Familiarity with QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Understanding of Agile / Scrum development environments.
Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).
Exposure to automated testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, or JMeter.
Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing.
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Good communication and documentation skills.
