Job description

Qualifications

Graduate in Engineering / CS / IT / Business Management or related field from HEC recognized institute.
Well-versed in spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets, Smartsheet etc.).
Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
Project Management certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Project Initiation : Assist in requirement gathering from the end user. Assist in project charter creation, approval and its entry into the project management system.

Record Maintenance : Maintenance of all project-related information in the project management system.

Project Costing : Work in close coordination with Finance for budget allocation and reconciliation of reports.

Project Monitoring : To get project updates from site managers, and monitor the scope, cost, and time of each project. To identify and eliminate the root cause related to project delays.

Creation of presentations & reports for higher management.

Project Closing : Assist in project closure by ensuring that all deliverables are met, lessons are recorded in the lesson learned register and final sign-off is taken from the end-user.
