We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced UI / UX Designer to join our remote team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong design portfolio, deep understanding of modern frontend frameworks like Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap, and the ability to work closely with developers to bridge the gap between design and implementation.

You will be responsible for creating elegant, intuitive, and user-centric interfaces for our digital products, ensuring your designs translate seamlessly into production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI / UX design for web products from concept to final implementation.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and final design specs.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure feasibility and technical alignment.
• Understand platform limitations and design within the constraints of Tailwind CSS / Bootstrap.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate rapidly on designs.
• Maintain design consistency across products using design systems and component libraries.
• Ensure designs are accessible and responsive across all device types.
• Participate in daily standups and cross-functional team discussions.
