Full Stack Developer [.NET + REACT]

Overview We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET / .NET Core and React, along with strong expertise in SQL, JavaScript, and database design. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the development and enhancement of our enterprise-level applications and will work closely with internal teams and external clients to deliver scalable and efficient business solutions. This is a full-time onsite position based in Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end solutions using .NET / .NET Core and React

Write efficient, scalable backend services and APIs using C# and .NET technologies

Build responsive and maintainable front-end components using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript

Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage directly with clients to understand and implement business-critical features.

Ensure technical feasibility and performance of UI / UX designs

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications

Follow agile development practices and actively participate in SCRUM ceremonies

Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning

Open to traveling for client meetings or onsite support when required, including potential travel to client sites in the European region.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 5 years of full-stack development experience

Strong command of .NET / .NET Core and C# for backend development

Strong expertise in modern React and its ecosystem, including Hooks, Context API, and functional components

Hands-on experience with Microfrontend design and implementation, and ability to work with Webpack Module Federation or similar tools for Microfrontends

Solid understanding of modular and component-based architecture; familiarity with state management libraries such as Valtio and Redux

Experience with or exposure to Sencha Ext JS is a strong advantage. Knowledge of legacy system modernization using hybrid architectures (e.g., React integrated with Sencha) will be considered a significant plus

Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3

Experience in building RESTful APIs and integrating frontend / backend services

Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and working with relational databases

Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to present and articulate technical solutions effectively

Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and package managers (npm / yarn)

Understanding of UI / UX design principles and ability to convert designs from tools like Figma

Excellent problem solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

Willingness to travel for client engagements when required

Experience in the Consumer Goods / Retail sector and exposure to commercial processes such as trade promotions, sales agreements, sales force automation, incentives management, and retail execution will be a strong advantage
