Experience : Proven experience in social media management or as a social media assistant. Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices. Skills : Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Nice to Have : Knowledge in using AI tools for content generation, scheduling, and analytics. Experience with advanced graphic design software and tools. Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics. Background in digital marketing or advertising. Other Requirements : Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed for special projects and events.
