Solution Engineer

About the Role :

We are seeking a technically strong Solution Engineer with a blend of DevOps, product support, and customer success expertise . The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between engineering and customers , ensuring seamless deployment, integration, and optimization of our SaaS and cloud-based solutions.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Kubernetes-based environments , automating workflows, conducting technical consultations with clients , and ensuring the highest standards of reliability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with product, DevOps, and customer success teams to design and deploy scalable SaaS solutions .
• Manage, monitor, and optimize Kubernetes clusters across AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar cloud platforms .
• Conduct technical onboarding sessions and guide customers on deployment, configuration, and maintenance best practices.
• Implement CI / CD pipelines with integrated security and compliance checks.
• Perform threat modeling and vulnerability assessments to maintain secure deployments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Work closely with clients to understand business needs , propose tailored solutions, and ensure successful adoption.
• Develop technical documentation , runbooks, and support knowledge base articles.
• Provide post-deployment support and ensure high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
