MMBL?Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
5 years of experience managing large-scale government or public sector projects, preferably with a focus on G2P.Strong understanding of G2P systems, digital payments, and government service delivery mechanisms.Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.Ability to navigate the complexities of government structures and regulations.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Expertise in Power BI, Python including data modeling, dashboard creation, and report generation.Advanced proficiency in Excel, with strong knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and visualization techniques.Proven experience in branchless operations management or a similar role.Strong understanding of banking regulations and audit processes.Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive organizational objectives.Job Locations : Head Office About MMBL : Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. is providing banking services to over 48 million registered users including 20+ million monthly active customers across Pakistan.
