Business Development Director - IT Industry

Responsible for new business development of ICM product and services to local & international clients with the marketing team. Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with prospective customers to generate new business for the organization’s products / services. Ensure proposals are submitted on time and follow up with customers until the deal is closed.

Be a leader, owner and visionary of the ethics & compliance and business skills training products & platform and drive the product roadmap, product marketing and sales plansResponsible for revenue growth through three sales channels such as B2B and B2C (Ecommerce).Team Management
Manage a team of Marketing professionalsDaily basis follow up with all internal teamsCoordination of day-to-day social media activities, creating content to support daily posts and responding to consumer inquiries on all social media networksInterface with Ecommerce, B2B sales & marketing teams on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and help develop / update value proposition, sales tools, collateral, sales training, demo decks, marketing plan and product roadmapDefine marketing and sales targets for each team memberMake sure that all team members achieve their targets timely.Tracking & Maintaining Daily Marketing activities
Discovering and exploring opportunitiesManage day-to-day communication with clients.Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.Proposals and Leads Closing
Manage day-to-day communication with clients.IT, Software Proposal Writing and Submission to ClientCloses new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operationsMake key delivery decisions, such as pricing and packaging, based on product line performance metrics to meet revenue and profitability goalsPartners Channel Management
Find Local and International Business PartnersManagement Reporting

Minimum of 8+ years’ experience as a Business Development Manager5+ years of experience in ERP Solutions MarketingExcellent presentation skills in addition to written and verbal communication skillsExcellent Team Management and teamworkProven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authorityExamples and at least one sample of an effective market development plan delivered in the past 2 years.Should be familiar with IT resource / services outsourcing working remotely with clients. Must be familiar with ERP Products Available in market. Strong understanding about Oracle Products.
