Job Description HR Talent Hunter - Work From Home
Company : The Well Co. Group
Location : Fully Remote
Monthly Salary :
PKR 83,333 (A premium salary for a top-tier problem-solver)
The Mission We have a growth engine that is firing on all cylinders, signing new clients across rural Australia. We have a service delivery team ready to manage. But between them lies a giant, chaotic gap : we have no one to actually deliver the care in these remote towns.
Your Mission Your mission is not to fill a job. It is to build a system that can find and deploy a worker to any random rural town in Australia, within days. You will be the bridge between our sales and our service, turning our biggest weakness into our most powerful asset.
The Core Problem You Will Solve We cannot predict where our next client will be. It could be a town of 500 people one week, and a farming community 2000 km away the next. Our current process fails because we start looking for a worker after we need them. You will change this.
We Are Looking For You If You Are :
A Resourceful Hunter (H'chichma) : When given an impossible task like “find a gardener in a tiny town you’ve never heard of by tomorrow,” you get excited. You don't see walls, you see ladders.
A Systematic Organizer (Mlahdar) : You can manage chaos. You will be tracking dozens of towns and candidates at once, building your own simple, brutalist systems to stay on top of it all.
Calm Under Fire (Metsabbet) : Priorities will change hourly. The pressure will be high. You thrive on this.
A Master Communicator : Your English is flawless and persuasive. You can build trust with a potential worker over the phone and explain complex steps with simple clarity.
Your Daily Battlefield
Deploying hyper‑local recruitment “blitzes” for new towns using Facebook, local online boards, and community groups.
Building a central “Rapid Response” pool of workers willing to travel or work in various rural areas.
Owning the “candidate to deployment” pipeline, slashing the time it takes to get someone working.
Reporting directly to leadership with raw, honest updates on what’s working and what’s burning.
This Is NOT For You If
You need a manager to hold your hand.
You want a predictable, 9‑to‑5 role.
You panic when a plan falls apart and you need to invent a new one on the spot.
This IS For You If
You see “figure it out” as the best job description ever written.
You want to see your direct, tangible impact on a company's survival and growth every single day.
You are hungry for responsibility that is far beyond your years and experience.
What We Offer
A high‑value salary that places you in the top tier of earners in Pakistan.
Intensive mentorship and a direct path to a leadership role.
The freedom to build your own systems from scratch.
The pride of solving a problem that is stopping a company from helping those in need.
How to Apply (Your First Test) We need to see if you can follow instructions and think under pressure. Do not send a traditional CV.

Job Specification The #1 Most Required Skill : “Jugaad” with a System
In Pakistan, we call it “Jugaad” – the art of finding a smart, quick solution to an impossible problem with limited resources. But we don't want just any Jugaad. We need “Systematic Jugaad” – the ability to create repeatable solutions, not just one-time fixes.
What This Looks Like for Our Problem
When asked to find a gardener in a remote town of 300 people : You don't give up. You become a digital detective – finding local Facebook groups, connecting with community centers, and identifying people who might do gardening as a side business, just like you'd find a reliable mechanic in a small village in Punjab.
When candidates disappear during paperwork : You don't just complain. You create a simple WhatsApp guide with screenshots, you offer to walk them through it on a video call, you turn a confusing process into a friendly conversation – exactly like helping your uncle navigate a new government app.
When facing the same problem repeatedly : You build a “karahi recipe” for success – a simple, repeatable process that anyone could follow. You document what works so you're not starting from scratch each time, just like a skilled cook who has perfected their method.
Why This Pakistani‑Style Resourcefulness Is Perfect for Solving Our Problem
You understand scarcity : You know how to find opportunities where others see none.
You're relationship‑smart : You know trust is built through personal connection, not just formal processes.
You're resilient by nature : When one approach fails, you naturally pivot to another without losing momentum.
You're digitally savvy : You understand how to use technology to bridge physical distances.
We don't need fancy degrees. We need that street‑smart, resilient problem‑solving mindset that turns “impossible” into “done” – the same mindset that helps people thrive in challenging environments across Pakistan.
This is the core skill that will let you build a recruitment system that actually works for random rural towns. If you're the type of person who always finds a way when others see dead ends, you're exactly who we need.
Job Rewards and Benefits Communication, Gratuity, Incentive Bonus.
