Contract : 3 months, then full-time

Job Overview :
We're looking for a highly motivated Business Development Lead with a strong background in sales, client acquisition, and deal closing. You'll drive business growth in the USA and international markets, leveraging your global client base and expertise in email marketing, cold calling, and recruitment agency operations.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Client Hunting & Acquisition_ : Identify new business opportunities through email marketing, research strategies, and cold calling
- Deal Closing_ : Lead negotiations and close deals with new and existing clients
- Team Leadership_ : Supervise and guide two Client Meeting Coordinators, providing daily roadmaps and direction
- Market Strategy & Expansion_ : Develop strategies to target new industries and expand into global markets, especially the USA
- Client Relationship Management_ : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Requirements
