We are seeking a dedicated and proactive People & Culture Specialist to join our Global HR team in Pakistan. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing workforce engagement, supporting recruitment efforts, fostering a dynamic workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with local labour laws and D.Engage’s global HR policies. With Global People & Culture, you will assist in implementing global HR strategies that align with organizational values, improve employee experience, and ensure operational excellence across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, time off management, and performance evaluations.
Note : Candidates based in Lahore and Islamabad can also apply. Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Workforce Lifecycle Management
Prepare and manage contracts, renewals and related documentation.
Maintain accurate employee / contractor records and ensure timely updates in HRMS.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience.
Manage performance / probation evaluations, reminders, confirmations, and follow-up actions.
Track time offs / leaves, benefits, attendance, and policy compliance.
Maintain and track data, KPIs, contract expiries, probation status and monthly HR reports.
Support culture-building initiatives, including internal communication, surveys, recognition programs, and team engagement activities.
Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs, tracking training needs, and ensuring completion of required sessions.
Address team member queries professionally and support medical insurance enrollment and related processes.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding Support
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment aligned with global SOPs.
Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and screen candidates.
Schedule multi-level interviews and assessments.
Prepare offers, hiring documents, and onboarding plans.
Support digital onboarding materials, welcome guides, and introductory videos.
3. Team Relations & Culture Support
Act as a global / local point of contact for HR queries and support.
Assist in managing concerns, grievances, and workforce issues under Global HR guidance.
Support disciplinary processes and documentation when needed.
Assist with internal HR communications and culture-building initiatives.
4. Compliance, Policies & Local Regulations
Ensure all processes comply with Pakistan labor laws and global HR standards.
Maintain statutory documentation (NDAs, DPAs, EOBI forms, insurance data, etc.).
Support policy updates, audits, and compliance reviews.
Coordinate with Finance and insurance vendors for benefits and renewal processes.
5. Payroll & Benefits Support
Prepare monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, changes, allowances, IC invoices).
Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Support EOBI enrollment, PF / gratuity tracking, and statutory compliance requirements.
Maintain benefits-related data and assist team members with benefits inquiries.
6. HR Data, Reporting & Process Improvement
Prepare dashboards and reports for the Global People & Culture Leader.
Identify gaps and recommend improvements for global HR operational efficiency.
Support global HR initiatives, surveys, engagement programs, and ad-hoc HR tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles.
Understanding of Pakistan labor laws and HR compliance.
Experience working in multinational / multicultural environments (preferred)
Experience with HR tools (Zoho People / Zoho Recruit preferred).
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
Fluency in English (written and verbal).
