Job descriptionEducation : BS in Computer Science / Software Engineering (MS preferred). Experience : 10–12 years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in managing software development team. Proven track record of leading AI / ML-driven projects , product development, and commercialization. Strong programming background in Python and familiarity with modern frameworks and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP). Hands-on experience in building, deploying, and scaling applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Proficiency with core AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, and API Gateway. Experience in cloud-native architecture design including serverless applications and containerization (ECS, EKS, Docker, Kubernetes). Skilled in setting up CI / CD pipelines on AWS (e.g., CodePipeline, CodeDeploy) for automated deployment. Strong understanding of IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, and CloudFormation for security, monitoring, and infrastructure as code. Ability to optimize cloud usage for cost efficiency, performance, and scalability. Demonstrated success in scaling software products within a software house or tech company environment. Strong understanding of system architecture, data pipelines, and enterprise solutions. Strategic thinking with the ability to align technology with business objectives. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Expertise in AI, ML, Python, and Product Engineering . Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy, innovation roadmap, and product commercialization efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), React, Node, Python-based solutions, and end-to-end product development , with proven experience in steering a software product from inception towards deployment, growth and scalability.
As part of the Executive Leadership Team, the CTO will play a pivotal role in aligning technology with business goals, fostering innovation, and building high-performance engineering teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s technology vision, innovation strategy, and product development roadmap.
- Oversee design, architecture, and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions.
- Drive AI / ML adoption across products and services to enhance business value.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product development, from ideation to launch, commercialization, and scaling.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Business Development teams to ensure successful product-market fit.
- Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional engineering and R&D teams.
- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
- Implement best practices for software development, DevOps, and agile methodologies.
- Ensure robust technology infrastructure, security, and compliance across all digital platforms.
- Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and resource planning.
- Establish KPIs to measure technology and product performance.
