Key Responsibilities

• In this role, you will be the central point of contact for our drivers and a crucial part of our administrative and marketing engine. Your duties will include :
• Driver Management & Support : Manage all daily communications with our drivers via WhatsApp, email, and phone. Professionally and promptly address their queries and concerns.
• Toll & Fine Nominations : Accurately handle the process of nominating drivers for road tolls and traffic fines using relevant government portals.
• Booking & Payment Management : Efficiently manage driver registrations, rental bookings, and payment follow-ups using our car rental management software.
• Website & Digital Marketing : Manage updates on our car rental website. Execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and other platforms to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
• Daily Reporting : Prepare and send clear, concise daily reports on rentals, payments, driver status, and marketing performance.
• Payment Follow-ups : Proactively follow up with drivers regarding pending payments and overdue invoices.
