Responsibilities

• Manage a team of service engineers and sales representatives.
• Provide technical support of medical equipment.
• Participate in and follow up on tender activities.
• Sales of nephrology, radiology and water treatment equipment.
• Ensure the smooth everyday running of this core team, ensuring that sales targets are met and that quality targets are reached and maintained.
• Efficiently allocate incoming requests to the team, prioritizing actions and monitoring team resources so that customer deadlines are met.
