Appointment Scheduling : Manage and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of time and resources for healthcare providers. Medical Records Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic health systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Insurance Verification : Verify patient insurance information, handle pre-authorizations, and process claims. Data Entry : Input and update patient information, medical histories, and treatment plans in the electronic medical records system. Administrative Support : Assist with the preparation of medical reports, correspondence, and other documents as needed. Customer Service : Provide high-quality service to patients, addressing their needs promptly and professionally. Telehealth Support : Assist with the setup and management of telehealth appointments, ensuring both patients and providers are prepared and connected.
