Requirements : Possess a North American English accent (mandatory) Highly skilled Virtual Assistant with proven experience in Appointment Setting and calling inbound / outbound leads Demonstrated ability to effectively engage agents Extensive background in cold calling Proficient in managing leads related to agent hiring for brokerages. Having a weekly goal of setting 10-12 appointments Hustler mentality and a go-getter Strong English proficiency and commitment to punctuality Experience with creating social media content utilizing editing tools such as Canva.
