Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Trainee Officer - Sales, based in Islamabad. The role involves supporting sales operations and strategies while analyzing market trends and customer needs. The Management Trainee will assist in the implementation of sales programs, develop customer relationships, and maintain accurate records of sales activities. Additionally, they will contribute to achieving organizational sales goals and gain valuable exposure to operational and strategic processes within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Financial skills, with the ability to evaluate data, assess trends, and contribute to budgeting processes
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
• Knowledge of Program Management and Budgeting to support sales strategy and operations
• Proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn
• Bachelor's degree in PHARM-D from HEC Recognized University.
• Experience in sales 1-2 Years or related fields is an advantage
• Strong organizational and time management skills
