Role Overview

Tech Avenue is looking for passionate and driven individuals to join as MTOs – Full Stack Development . This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who have foundational knowledge and some hands‑on experience in web development, programming, or backend systems. You’ll work closely with senior developers to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing and developing scalable web applications using Python, Node.js, and modern frameworks .
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including design, QA, and DevOps.
Work on both frontend and backend development , database management, and API integration.
Write clean, maintainable code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews and daily agile scrums.
Contribute ideas to improve product functionality and user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field .

Familiarity with databases (MySQL, NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.

Understanding of Git‑based version control.

Strong problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Prior experience through internship, final‑year project, or freelance work is preferred.
