Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a field support executive located in E block, Nawab Town, Lahore. The Field Support executive will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service interactions, and enhancing the overall customer experience through chats, emails, and calls.
Qualifications :
Good analytical skills
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
