• Carry out branch audits on a periodic basis. Scope of audit includes :
• Cash reconciliation regarding petty cash account and SVC revenue.
• Reconciliation of physical stock with Oracle software.
• Review of Dealer’s Credit Balances with Outstanding Balances.
• Visit to dealers all over the provinces of Punjab and KPK and reconcile company outstanding balances with dealers’ records.
• Verification of invoices, payments, and discounts / incentives / other adjustments in Ledgers.
• Verification of post-dated cheques (PDCs) with Dealers’ Outstanding.
• Verification of Security Cheques with Credit Limits.
• Service Center Audits including compliance with procedure, SVC revenue as per company policy and parts reconciliation.
• Verification of physical fixed assets with company records.
• Assuring compliance with company policies, rules, and guidelines defined by the management with respect to sales, service centers, and branch operations.
• Identify weaknesses in the internal control system and recommend improvements.
• Submit report to Manager Internal Audit about audit findings with evidence obtained during the audit.
• Visit corporate clients of the company and reconcile company outstanding with their records.
• Any other special assignment given by the management.

Job Specification

Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA / ACCA) with proven external auditing experience.

Experience of leading and managing an audit / accounts team to deliver high-quality assurance services.

Demonstrate personal qualities and credibility to lead, develop, and motivate individuals and the team as a whole.

A thorough understanding of systems and risk-based auditing.
