Proficient in Scheduling, Sales, Google Workspace, Executive support, Executive assistance.

Potential to develop in Sales operations for roofing, Sales Reporting, Proposal development, Data entry, Basic Data Tracking.

English – fully fluent.

Responsibilities and more We’re looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Sales Manager Assistant to provide day‑to‑day support for our Sales Manager. This role blends sales coordination with executive and personal assistant duties, making it a great fit for someone who’s organized, proactive, and enjoys helping operations run smoothly.

Managing and organizing emails, calendars, and scheduling for the Sales Manager.

Assisting with customer communication—calls, messages, or follow‑ups as needed.

Supporting sales tasks such as proposal preparation, data entry, CRM updates, and report tracking.

Coordinating internal communication between team members and departments.

Handling light personal assistant duties (ordering supplies, booking travel, reminders, etc.).

Helping maintain smooth day‑to‑day operations and anticipating needs before they arise.

Pay : $200 / week

Schedule :

Monday–Friday, hours vary (on‑call and flexible depending on the Sales Manager’s schedule).

Status : Full‑time.

Start Date : Immediate Hire.

Remote position.

This role is ideal for someone who’s dependable, communicative, and can operate with speed and urgency with any and all tasks. Additionally, previous experience working as an assistant for a CEO and / or any other high‑level positions is required.
