MS Excel MS Office Requirements

Candidate must have completed matriculation and intermediate. Graduates and Masters candidates with good experience will also be preferred. Candidates with 1 year experience in customer care services will be highly recommended. Candidate must know how to handle clients on call or through text messages. Candidates with 1 year call center experience will also be recommended. Candidate must have a good command of MS Excel / MS Office. Candidate must have good teamwork ability to handle different tasks assigned by the team leader or team head. Candidate must have good communication skills. Candidate must possess good sales skills. Candidate must be proficient in linguistic languages, with a preference for English. Candidate must maintain a good attitude with co-workers.
