Key Account Analyst
Aspire 92 is seeking an experienced Key Account Analyst with a strong background in finance, accounting, or marketing, preferably holding an ACCA qualification or a degree in Marketing / Finance. The incumbent will be responsible for managing large, strategic accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective relationship management and service delivery. This role also includes engaging with existing clients to promote and pitch our insurance business, identify potential opportunities to expand service offerings, and collaborate across departments to meet and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Call and engage with existing clients to pitch and promote the company’s insurance business.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and maintain client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling within existing client portfolios.
- Collaborate with internal teams including finance, sales, and operations to ensure alignment on client needs and successful project execution.
- Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management and clients.
- Negotiate contracts, renewals, and terms with clients to maintain profitable relationships.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights for account growth.
- Develop and implement account management strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Requirements & Qualifications
ACCA qualification or Marketing / Finance degree is preferred.Proven experience in managing key or strategic accounts, preferably within healthcare, IT, or finance sectors.Strong management, analytical, and leadership capabilities.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to interpret and analyze financial data to provide actionable insights.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and CRM software.Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Experience in managing accounts within a corporate or B2B environment.Familiarity with financial forecasting, budgeting, and client relationship development.Seniority level
