Head Nurse

HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions is seeking a highly competent and experienced Head Nurse to lead nursing operations, preferably with a background in clinical nursing within fertility clinics. This role requires a hands-on nursing professional with solid expertise in reproductive health settings, ideally within a fertility or IVF clinic environment located in DHA, Karachi.

As the Head Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing nursing activities, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care, and supporting clinical processes in a fertility-focused healthcare setting. Your leadership will be crucial to maintaining the highest standards of nursing care and coordinating nursing staff to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide expert clinical nursing care, particularly in fertility and reproductive health treatments.

Manage and supervise nursing staff, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and best practices.

Oversee daily nursing operations, coordinate schedules, and manage resources efficiently.

Implement and maintain nursing care plans aligned with the specialized needs of fertility clinic patients.

Collaborate closely with doctors, healthcare professionals, and administrative staff to facilitate seamless patient care.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold the standards set by healthcare authorities.

Lead initiatives to improve nursing services, patient outcomes, and clinic efficiency.

Serve as a key point of contact for patient concerns, guiding staff to deliver compassionate and effective nursing care.

Qualifications and Experience :

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), General Nursing (GN), or an equivalent qualification.

Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license as per the local regulatory authority.

Additional certification or training in reproductive health or fertility nursing is a significant advantage.

Minimum of 5 to 6 years of hands-on clinical nursing experience, including 1 to 2 years in a fertility clinic or IVF setting.

Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial nursing role is strongly preferred, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
