We are seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure the end-to-end delivery of complex FinTech projects, overseeing and managing them to be completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Technical Project Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, product Coordinator s, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality FinTech solutions that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Management

Create detailed project plans that outline the project's goals, timelines, important checkpoints, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with internal resources and client / vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

Team Collaboration and Communication

Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, including customers, team members, and management.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.

Technical Oversight

Work closely with software development teams to ensure technical solutions align with project goals and requirements.

Understand technical aspects of the project, including software architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.

Quality Assurance and Compliance

Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate testing and validation activities to ensure the functionality and performance of WT solutions.

Stay updated on the latest industry standards and regulations that impact the FinTech sector.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the project team.

Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and implement improvements for future projects.

Job Specification

Proven working experience as a Technical Project Coordinator in the FinTech industry or a related field.

Strong technical background for understanding and hands-on experience in software development, system architecture, and cloud technologies.

Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Azure DevOps).

Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
