KalSoft is looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Account Manager with strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, ERP / Business Applications, and Automation platforms such as Nintex and Power Platform .
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT enterprise sales and the ability to drive revenue through strategic account development.
This is a relocation opportunity with one position available for Kuwait and one for UAE .
Key Responsibilities Develop new enterprise and government customers across Kuwait / UAE.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with quarterly targets.
Promote and sell solutions in : Microsoft Cloud & M365 Azure & Modern Workplace ERP / Business Applications SharePoint & DMS Nintex / Power Automate workflow automation IT infrastructure, security, and application development Own client relationships and act as primary point of contact.
Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and coordinate with Pre-Sales teams.
Achieve revenue, margin, and pipeline KPIs.
Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and account updates.
Required Skills & Experience 4–6 years of IT Enterprise Sales experience (mandatory).
Strong understanding of : Microsoft cloud solutions ERP / Business Applications (D365 preferred) Nintex / automation platforms SharePoint / DMS Proven ability to build and close enterprise opportunities.
Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
Ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions (with Pre-Sales support).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
