Job Description :

We are looking for a proactive individual with good communication skills as a "Call Center Representative" for our international (outbound) sales project.

Requirements :

Fresh graduate
Must have a LinkedIn account
At least two years of experience in a call center handling international campaigns (USA / UK)
Fluent in English, as you will be dealing with international clients.

Communicating with C-suite management through cold calling (outbound calls)

Conducting follow-up calls with potential customers to nurture relationships and secure sales

Achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets

Delivering persuasive sales pitches effectively

Generating leads through professional networking sites like LinkedIn

Multi-tasking while adhering to deadlines

Closing sales deals by meeting or exceeding targets
