We are seeking an experienced Real Estate marketing specialist to support the marketing efforts of our Company in Islamabad. The ideal candidate should show a proven history of being a competent leader in previous roles. This role is based in Islamabad, reporting directly to the Managing Director. This seasoned professional must take proactive initiatives to help in the growth of the company in real estate especially digitally. The role WILL require working on multiple projects in parallel. You will steadily form your own team.

Key Objectives

The key objectives of this role are :

• To be the main person for Marketing in Pakistan and Overseas.
• Support key sales objectives.
• Manage existing customer base and assist in growing the new customer base for the upcoming development projects.

Job Specification

Create and execute a digital marketing plan for the growth of the Company and its ancillary projects. Generate sales leads, build pipeline, and convert prospects to sales numbers. Recruit, train and develop Sales force. Develop and grow various business sectors for subscriptions and sales. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels, business groups and social media. Conduct product demonstrations for sale and training properly. Execute product visibility and brand awareness in domestic markets. Manage customer accounts and build a strong and healthy relationship with them. Conduct market research, competition analysis and follow market trends. Stay up-to-date with new products / services of the industry.
