We’re Hiring – Female IT Sales Representative

(Full-Time | On-Site | 6 Days a Week)

Mirai Hono is looking for a Female IT Sales Representative who can represent our company professionally, build relationships, and close high-value deals in the software and digital services industry.

Role Overview :

• Pitch and promote services : Softwares, Web Development & Branding, SEO, Digital Marketing & more
• Client meetings (physical & virtual) for local and international sales
• Generate, qualify, and convert leads into long-term clients
• Maintain CRM, follow-up pipelines, and strategic client handling
• Understand client needs and align them with Mirai Hono’s offerings

Industry : IT | Software | Digital Solutions

Location : Karachi (On-site role, 6 days / week)

Experience : Minimum 3 years in Tech / Digital Services Sales

Scope : Local & International B2B Sales

Job Specification :

Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written & verbal).

Strong understanding of digital products, web & app development, or software solutions.

Ability to build and manage client relationships (cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups).

Comfortable with targets, reporting, and using CRM systems.

Analytical mindset with the ability to understand client pain points and offer suitable solutions.

Knowledge of online marketing, SEO, and social media trends is a bonus.
