Shopify Store Assistant

Store Management : Keep Shopify stores running smoothly by ensuring all products, pricing, and descriptions are accurate and up-to-date. Product & Inventory : Manage product listings, from uploading and optimizing new items to tracking inventory levels and coordinating restocks. Order Operations : Assist with order management, fulfillment tracking, and processing refunds and returns to ensure a seamless customer experience. Data Analysis : Use Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) to perform data analysis and reporting that drives business decisions. Collaboration : Work closely with our customer service and operations teams to resolve inquiries and support marketing campaigns. Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a proactive, skilled professional with a minimum of 1 year of online or remote work experience. You should also have : Hands-on Shopify experience : You know your way around a Shopify admin dashboard, with experience in store management, product uploads, or app integrations. Data proficiency : Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, particularly with pivot tables and VLOOKUP. Strong communication : Excellent written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Zendesk, ClickUp, Asana, or Google Analytics is a plus. Bonus points if you have technical experience with Shopify apps, themes, or SEO optimization!
