Key Responsibilities :

• Technical Leadership :
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software applications and machine learning solutions.
• Set the technical direction for projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and adherence to architectural best practices.
• Drive best practices in coding, testing, DevOps, and software quality assurance.
• Data Science & ML Initiatives :
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to build and deploy predictive models, recommendation systems, and other intelligent applications.
• Evaluate and implement appropriate tools, frameworks, and ML algorithms to solve business problems.
• Team Management :
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers and data scientists.
• Conduct performance reviews, support career development, and foster a high-performance team culture.
• Manage resource planning, hiring, and team scaling as needed.
• Project & Stakeholder Management :
• Drive end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful execution of product and technical roadmaps.
• Communicate technical concepts and progress clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
