As a
Business Development Associate
at Futurenostics, you will play a key role in driving growth through lead generation, client outreach, and relationship management. This position is ideal for individuals with some prior experience in business development or client-facing roles who are eager to further develop their careers in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients using multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and freelancing websites.
Research industry trends, target markets, and potential customers to support business development efforts.
Conduct client calls, follow-ups, and maintain effective communication to build trust and strengthen business relationships.
Develop and implement personalized strategies to approach new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Maintain and organize lead information in internal databases, ensuring up-to-date records of outreach and interactions.
Collaborate with the business development team to brainstorm and execute new ideas for growing the company’s client base.
Provide regular updates on lead generation activities, outreach progress, and client interactions.
Assist in nurturing long-term client relationships and supporting the onboarding process.
Qualifications
A proactive and self-motivated individual with strong communication and negotiation skills.
1 - 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (exceptional fresh graduates may also apply).
Ability to research and identify new business opportunities.
Familiarity with online platforms such as LinkedIn and freelancing job boards.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Willingness to work onsite and commit to the evening / night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM Pakistan Time).
