Overview
Lead Surge BPO is looking for a Call Centre Operations Manager to lead and inspire a team of 50–60 agents while running high-performing UK / USA campaigns. If you have experience with Medicare, Final Expense, or similar US campaigns, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations for UK / USA campaigns (50–60 agents)
- Oversee shifts, schedules & performance targets
- Monitor KPIs & boost campaign results
- Train, coach & develop staff to achieve goals
- Ensure top-quality customer service
- Keep stakeholders updated & satisfied
- Foster a professional & motivating work environment
- Identify process gaps & implement improvements
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience managing call centre operations (preferably UK / USA campaigns)Strong leadership & team management skillsProactive, calm under pressure & results-drivenExperience in Medicare, Final Expense or similar US campaigns is highly preferredIf you’re ready to take the lead and drive results, apply here :
