About The Pro Advisory We are an Outsourced Accounting & CFO Consulting firm serving global startups and SMEs. Our services include bookkeeping, financial modeling, pitch deck support, and fractional CFO advisory.
We are expanding our outbound BD team to generate qualified leads, conversations, and meetings across US, Canada, UK, and Europe.
What You Will Do
Execute targeted LinkedIn + email outbound campaigns daily
Start & manage conversations with founders, CEOs, and startup operators
Qualify prospects and book discovery calls for our senior team
Maintain CRM data, track pipelines, follow ups, nurturing
Coordinate with internal team for proposals, assets, and updates
Support content distribution inside LinkedIn ecosystem + FB groups to boost reach & credibility
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in Business Development or Lead Gen
Fast learner, coachable, disciplined, consistent
Strong communication and conversation skills
Comfortable with target driven role & pressure
Experience with CRM, email tools, LinkedIn outreach tools +
Prior BD experience in SAAS / startup ecosystem – strong advantage
