Overview Job Description - Technical Project Manager

We specialize in 3D point cloud processing, digital twin creation, and LiDAR technology. Our flagship product, SpatialSense, integrates these technologies to provide real-time, actionable insights that enhance safety, efficiency, and sustainability of infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
Lead agile software development projects using the Scrum framework as a Technical Project Manager.
Plan and manage project scope, budget, and timeline in alignment with agile principles alongside the project manager.
Track project progress and address risks or roadblocks proactively.
Mentor the team on agile and scrum practices, fostering a collaborative and self-organizing environment.
Lead and facilitate scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between the team, stakeholders, and product owners.
Implement agile and scrum processes efficiently, balancing flexibility with structure.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint plans, and release notes.
Generate and present reports to stakeholders on project status, progress, and key metrics.
Dive deep into project details and collaborate with the development team to understand technical challenges and solutions.
Collaborate to make informed decisions and engage in end-to-end testing activities to identify issues prior to the completion of sprints.
Identify and flag issues found at any stage of the development lifecycle.
Draft test cases and document results to build and manage testing repository.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
Proven experience as a Project Manager / Scrum Master in Agile software development projects.
Strong understanding of Scrum framework, Agile principles, and Lean thinking.
Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to guide teams through conflict resolution and decision-making processes.
Solid knowledge of Agile and Scrum metrics, and experience in using them to track team performance and progress.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management.
Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting trust, respect, and accountability.
Experience in applying Agile engineering practices and tools, such as continuous integration, test-driven development, and automated testing.
Adaptability and flexibility to navigate through ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with the latest Agile trends and practices.
Deep understanding of business domain and user needs.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Aptitude for learning and adapting to new technologies and processes.
Aptitude for analyzing system / product requirements and understanding software logic.
