Role Overview

We’re expanding our sales team and are looking for a confident, experienced Sales Representative to manage and close warm leads. If you thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and hitting targets — we’d love to hear from you.

As a Sales Representative at Ad-tivity, you’ll be responsible for handling inbound and warm leads, conducting discovery and closing calls, and converting qualified prospects into clients. You’ll represent Ad-tivity’s expertise with confidence, professionalism, and a results‑first mindset. This is a performance‑based role offering a competitive base salary plus commission.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and follow up with warm leads provided by the marketing and client relationship teams.
• Conduct closing calls to convert prospects into paying clients.
• Identify client needs and present Ad-tivity’s services as tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activity, and conversion data in the CRM.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a seamless client handover after each sale.
