Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Lahore. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and presenting appropriate solar energy solutions. Day-to-day tasks include providing excellent customer service, addressing queries, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. Additionally, the role involves meeting sales targets, collaborating with the team, and staying up-to-date with product offerings and market trends.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Sales expertise with a proven ability to achieve targets
Experience in providing Training or guidance to team members is a plus
Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and build lasting relationships
Familiarity with solar energy or renewable energy industries is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
