Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Lahore. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and presenting appropriate solar energy solutions. Day-to-day tasks include providing excellent customer service, addressing queries, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. Additionally, the role involves meeting sales targets, collaborating with the team, and staying up-to-date with product offerings and market trends.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales expertise with a proven ability to achieve targets
• Experience in providing Training or guidance to team members is a plus
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and build lasting relationships
• Familiarity with solar energy or renewable energy industries is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
