Responsibilities

• At least 1 or 2 years of professional experience in residential (single and multifamily) construction projects.
• Proficiency using a computer, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and internet and Digital Lead Capture Portal.
• Strong organizational and Lead management skills and ability to follow through Digital Portal- Email- Messaging- and Client Face to Face meeting new Lead.
• Effective communication skills and ability to connect with people from a variety of backgrounds.
• Briefing New Lead Client Brand Information Package Information etc
• Lead Data Record Management
• Checking and prepare off new Project Contract / agreement
• Working with technical Members company Architects / Interior designers for drawings and plans how know,
