Job Responsibilities
1. Strategic Content Planning
Develop quarterly and monthly digital communication plans aligned to business goals, key campaigns, and product launches. Craft content pillars and messaging frameworks for social platforms, email, and web channels. Identify opportunities for product storytelling, customer testimonials, and thought leadership. 2. Campaign Execution & Collaboration
Produce clear, comprehensive creative briefs (copy, tone, CTAs) for designers and video editors. Coordinate with the design and media teams to ensure on-brand visuals, video cutdowns, and interactive assets. Oversee launch of paid social and search campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and creative sequencing. 3. Community & Stakeholder Engagement
Monitor platform conversations, escalate inquiries, and maintain brand reputation. Surface user-generated content and coordinate reposts or case study development. Partner with Sales, Product, and Events teams to amplify corporate announcements and partneractivations. 4. Analytics & Performance Optimization
Track KPIs (impressions, engagement rate, click-throughs, conversion metrics) via Google Analytics and platform insights. Deliver bi-weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations to refine messaging, targeting, and creative. Conduct A / B tests on copy variations, subject lines, and ad formats to maximize ROI. 5. Brand Governance & Innovation
Guard brand voice and style guidelines across all digital touchpoints. Research emerging platforms, formats, and tools; pilot new channels such as short-form video or interactive stories. Propose and test creative content concepts—e.g., mini-webinars, live Q&A sessions, or gamified quizzes. Required Skills

2–4 years in digital communications, social media management, or campaign coordination—preferably in EdTech, B2C, or technology sectors. Education / Qualification
Degree : Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. Certifications (Preferred) : Google Analytics Individual Qualification, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing Labs credentials.
