Key Responsibilities
Support Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery.
Track progress, milestones, and deliverables in Jira and maintain updated project timelines, risks, and dependencies.
Coordinate across internal teams (Design, Development, QA, etc.) to ensure smooth hand offs and alignment.
Work closely with the Design Team to capture, prioritise, and implement client feedback.
Schedule and document client review sessions, ensuring action items are completed.
Maintain alignment between client expectations and internal team output.
Prepare and maintain project documentation such as SOWs, project charters, meeting notes, and status reports.
Ensure documentation is organised, updated, and accessible for all stakeholders.
Assist in preparing periodic project reports and dashboards.
Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams, facilitating regular meetings and sharing minutes.
Support adoption of project management best practices and consistent process adherence.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Design Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination or project management (preferably in a tech environment).
Experience managing projects involving design iterations, client feedback cycles, and cross-functional collaboration.
Familiarity with agile methodologies or project management frameworks.
