Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Track progress, milestones, and deliverables in Jira and maintain updated project timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate across internal teams (Design, Development, QA, etc.) to ensure smooth hand offs and alignment.
- Work closely with the Design Team to capture, prioritise, and implement client feedback.
- Schedule and document client review sessions, ensuring action items are completed.
- Maintain alignment between client expectations and internal team output.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation such as SOWs, project charters, meeting notes, and status reports.
- Ensure documentation is organised, updated, and accessible for all stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing periodic project reports and dashboards.
- Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams, facilitating regular meetings and sharing minutes.
- Support adoption of project management best practices and consistent process adherence.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Design Management, or a related field.Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination or project management (preferably in a tech environment).Experience managing projects involving design iterations, client feedback cycles, and cross-functional collaboration.Familiarity with agile methodologies or project management frameworks.Seniority level
