The role involves leveraging modern AI tools for sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and recruitment analytics while ensuring effective utilization of major job platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Rozee.pk. The incumbent will contribute to enhancing recruitment efficiency, strengthening talent pipelines, and supporting organizational growth with data-backed hiring decisions.
Job Requirements
Master / MBA degree in HRM background from HEC recognized institute.
5 to 7 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
Proven experience with AI recruitment tools and digital hiring platforms is preferred.

Strong understanding of AI-based recruitment and HR technology tools.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Employer, and Rozee.pk Employer Dashboard.

Responsibilities AI-Driven Recruitment Management
Implement, manage, and optimize AI-based recruitment tools and platforms.
Develop automated workflows for sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluations.
Analyze recruitment data using AI dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
Train recruitment team members and hiring managers on AI tools and best practices.
Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Building
Execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Rozee.pk, and internal databases.
Utilize AI insights for talent mapping, candidate targeting, and market analysis.
Build and maintain long-term strategic talent pipelines for critical roles.
Screening, Assessment and Selection
Conduct AI-enabled initial screenings to shortlist candidates efficiently.
Oversee technical and behavioural assessments using digital platforms.
Coordinate interview panels, schedule interviews, and support hiring managers in selection decisions.
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
End-to-End Recruitment Execution
Manage recruitment processes from requisition to onboarding.
Maintain strong communication with departments to understand manpower needs.
Ensure timely completion of all steps, minimizing recruitment turnaround time (TAT).
Recruitment Analytics and Reporting
Generate insights through AI-based analytics tools.
Prepare monthly dashboards covering hiring status, sourcing channels, TAT, and talent pipeline progress.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Compliance, Documentation and Process Improvement
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and updated recruitment records in ATS and AI systems.
Continuously improve processes using automation, SOP refinement, and best recruitment practices.
