Microsoft Azure and AI Practice Lead

As a Microsoft Azure and AI Practice Lead at Global iTS, a Microsoft Inner Circle partner for Business Applications, you will spearhead the strategy, growth, and delivery of Azure cloud and AI solutions for our clients. This role demands a leader with a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies and the ability to craft innovative, scalable, and secure solutions that enhance business outcomes. You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and Microsoft to ensure the successful presales and implementation of cloud and AI initiatives, positioning Global iTS as a trusted partner in the Microsoft ecosystem. Location : Remote (Egypt, India & Pakistan with the possibility of relocation to GCC countries) Job Type : Full-time Experience : 5+ years Key Responsibilities Practice Development

Define and execute a roadmap for the Azure and AI practice, aligning it with the organization’s business goals and Microsoft’s strategic direction. Identify emerging opportunities in Microsoft Azure and AI offerings to expand the practice’s portfolio and integrate with the existing practice of Microsoft Business Applications Build and maintain a strong partnership with Microsoft and leveraging Microsoft programs

Solution Development and Delivery

Design and deliver innovative Azure-based cloud solutions and AI-driven applications tailored to customer needs. Ensure successful project execution by overseeing solution architecture, implementation, and support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Azure and AI solutions with Business Applications

Client Engagement and Solution Delivery

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them adopt Azure cloud and AI solutions to solve complex business challenges. Oversee end-to-end solution delivery, from requirement gathering and architecture design to deployment and support. Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness in all projects.

Business Development

Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for Azure and AI services. Develop compelling proposals and statements of work, ensuring alignment with client needs and Microsoft best practices.

Team Leadership and Talent Development

Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Azure and AI consultants, architects, and engineers. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

Innovation and Best Practices

Stay at the forefront of Microsoft Azure and AI advancements, ensuring the practice remains a leader in the market. Establish and promote best practices for cloud architecture, AI implementation, and DevOps. Contribute thought leadership through blogs, webinars, and industry events to enhance the company’s reputation as a Microsoft expert.

Qualifications Education :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience :

5+ years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure and AI technologies. Experience of working in the BFSI industry and Microsoft Business Applications will be added advantage Demonstrated success in a leadership role within a Microsoft-focused organization or service provider. Proven experience delivering Azure and AI solutions, including migrations, AI models, and advanced analytics.

Certifications :

Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
