Technical Delivery Lead, Data and AI Practice

Lahore, Pakistan Overview : We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead

Data Engineering, BI, and AI projects from end to end.

The role focuses on ensuring quality delivery, client satisfaction, and adherence to governance frameworks while managing risks, resources, and delivery metrics. The manager will act as the primary contact for clients and leadership, oversee solution designs, and contribute to pre-sales and practice growth. A strong technical background in Data, BI, or AI with cloud and modern tool expertise is required, along with 5–8 years of relevant experience and certifications. Manage end-to-end delivery of

Data Engineering, BI, and AI projects , ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction. Enforce

delivery frameworks, coding standards, and governance practices

across all data and AI initiatives. Drive continuous learning, certifications, and skill development to maintain a cutting-edge, future-ready practice. Ensure adherence to agile

ceremonies (standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives), weekly status reporting, and delivery metrics wherever applicable. Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers; escalate and resolve in a timely manner. Monitor team utilization and billability; collaborate with finance on invoicing, forecasting, and revenue assurance. Maintain a forward-looking view of team capacity, bandwidth, and upcoming demand to support pipeline planning. Act as the primary delivery contact for internal leadership and clients, ensuring transparent updates on progress, risks, and issues. Review solution designs, architectures, and deliverables to align with business objectives and technical standards. Contribute to pre-sales, proposal reviews, and thought leadership to strengthen the Data & AI practice. Strong foundation in

Data Engineering, BI, or AI / ML

with hands-on experience in at least one domain. Ability to

review technical designs, architectures, and code

to ensure quality and alignment with best practices. Familiarity with one modern

cloud platform (Azure, AWS, GCP)

and tools such as

Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc. Demonstrated understanding of

data governance, security, and compliance

in enterprise data projects. Prior experience working as a

Data Engineer, BI Developer, or Data Scientist / ML Engineer

before moving into delivery management is preferred. Qualifications : 5-8 years of relevant experience and qualification, along with certifications.
