Job Summary

We’re looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified meetings with design studios, architectural firms, and high-end furniture retailers. You’ll be at the forefront of expanding the firm’s presence in the UK and U.S. markets, reaching out to decision-makers and booking 20 qualified appointments per month (10 UK, 10 US).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to design, architecture, and retail contacts
• Generate and book 20 qualified meetings per month (split between UK & US markets)
• Engage design professionals and decision-makers with authentic, value-driven conversations
• Research target firms and tailor outreach messaging to their design style and portfolio focus
• Use CRM and engagement tools (Apollo, Zoho Bigin, Klenty, HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage pipeline and activity
• Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine outreach strategy and messaging
• Track key metrics (calls, connects, meetings booked) and consistently meet monthly targets
