The Deputy Manager - Operations Excellence will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency across functions. The role involves analyzing performance data, identifying process bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of operational excellence through data-driven decision-making and process optimization. Conduct end-to-end process assessments across departments to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and improvement opportunities. Use data analytics to track performance indicators, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership. Design, propose, and implement process improvement initiatives aimed at cost optimization, service quality enhancement, and operational efficiency. Support the development and tracking of KPIs and dashboards to measure progress against operational excellence objectives. Collaborate with business, finance, and IT teams to streamline workflows and enhance system integration and data accuracy. Lead root cause analysis of operational issues and develop sustainable corrective actions. Support the rollout of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) across functions. Develop process documentation, SOPs, and training materials to ensure standardization and institutional learning. Stay informed on best practices, industry benchmarks, and emerging technologies to guide strategic improvement efforts. Coach and support team members and functional leads in adopting data-driven and improvement-oriented practices
