About The Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part‑time basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects, and has hands‑on experience with campaign execution, performance tracking, and content coordination across digital platforms.

You’ll play a key role in executing marketing initiatives that elevate brand awareness and drive engagement across our channels.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management : Set up and manage marketing campaigns within Constant Contact , ensuring all materials, URLs, and assets are accurate, optimized, and tracked properly.

Performance Tracking : Create and manage Google UTM parameters to monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.

Social Media Strategy : Develop and implement content calendars and pre‑scheduled posts for LinkedIn and Facebook , maintaining consistent and engaging brand presence.

Content Creation Support : Coordinate and assist with the creation of marketing assets, including videos centered around EQ ID and other strategic initiatives.

Content Deployment : Strategize and support the rollout of content across multiple digital platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with campaign goals.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to ensure all marketing activities align with overall brand strategy, objectives, and timelines .

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in marketing, digital communications, or a related field.

Strong familiarity with Constant Contact , social media scheduling tools , and Google Analytics / UTM tracking .

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Experience managing social media and digital content creation.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.

Preferred Skills

Experience creating or editing short‑form video content for social media.

Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.).

Understanding of marketing analytics and reporting.
