Job Description
We are actively seeking Sales Development Representatives from Isb / Rwp only (must have served their notice period & are ready to join on an immediate basis).
They will be responsible for generating and closing new business opportunities through outbound sales activities including cold calling, prospecting and qualifying leads. The SDR will directly engage with potential clients, educate them on our products / services and close sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients, introducing our products / services.
- Qualify and assess leads to determine interest and potential.
- Educate clients on the benefits of our financial offerings and market opportunities.
- Close sales and secure contracts directly with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outbound sales / cold calling or telesales (BPO / international call centres).Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.Ability to close deals and meet targets in a fast‑paced environment.Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.Proficient in CRM software.What we offer
