Sales Development Specialist

Outbound Calling and Chat Support Agent We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven outbound calling and chat support agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing our products / services, and generating leads or closing sales over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle objections professionally.

Responsibilities

Response through

outbound calls

to potential customers.

Cold calling

experience is a must for

US Campaign .

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Lead Generation through different platforms, LinkedIn etc.

Cold emails experience is also required.

Requirements

At least

1-2 years

of experience. Preferred in US Campaigns.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

US Accent is a must.

Onsite Role

Timings : 5pm-2am
